LOOKING TO SCHEDULE ME FOR AN UPCOMING EVENT?
I present across Colorado—from Steamboat Springs to Longmont—and travel fully equipped to deliver a complete, professional program in almost any setting. My mobile setup includes two 1,300-watt loudspeakers with stands, wired and wireless Sennheiser microphones, a 100-inch projection screen, and a 4K ultra-bright projector capable of performing in challenging lighting conditions. For outdoor or tented venues, I also provide a 65-inch 4K HDR Samsung display to ensure visual clarity when projection is impractical.
The entire system can operate off the grid, allowing events to proceed in remote or infrastructure-limited environments without reliance on domestic power. For hybrid programming, I deploy a Starlink system that delivers high-speed, low-latency internet connectivity wherever there is a clear view of the northern sky. Optimal performance requires approximately a 110-degree field of view facing north, free from obstructions such as tree canopy, power lines, or structures. The Starlink system, like the rest of the setup, can operate independently of local electrical service.
In practical terms, this means presentations can be hosted at trailheads, historic sites, alpine venues, conference centers, or community halls—with equal reliability. All that is required is an engaged audience.
Speaking dates are frequently reserved well in advance. Many organizations secure presentations 12 to 18 months ahead, particularly for centennial commemorations, seasonal programming, and peak-attendance events. If you have a specific date in mind, early outreach significantly increases the likelihood of availability.
I am available to speak on technology, Rollins Pass, historic preservation, drones, and aviation safety. If you would like to explore scheduling, please contact me. You may also review post-event recommendations from more than fifteen years of work through Preserve Rollins Pass.
